A native of Bridgeport, Connecticut, Psalmist Deneen Thomas exemplifies a unique passion and desire for ministry as a tool to bring others into the presence of God through song. Originating from a lifestyle of Praise & Worship, Deneen has written numerous songs since 1985. She is a wife of over 30 years and has four children. She has a love for family, ministry, and her community. Deneen has ministered in song at her home church, and various conferences, conventions, and churches for over two decades. She has also held the title of choir director, and worship leader at her home church. Deneen has had the pleasure of performing background vocals for many well-known artists such as Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Israel Houghton, etc. She is currently active in the local church community ministering through song at various events in the Hampton Roads area, teaching guitar and voice lessons, and preparing for the recording of her debut album. Deneen has released her new HIT single, REVIVAL IS HERE, which is available on all streaming platforms. Deneen received a word that God would use her to bring forth the prophetic through song. With a diverse style of contemporary Praise & Worship and a true passion for ministry, she looks forward to making an impact in the Christian community.
